About Us

Harrop + Penny is an online store that aims to supply household tools and goods of exceptional quality, in a simple, uncomplicated manner.

We work with a number of esteemed designers and producers to offer our customers a collection of products that marry function and  beauty perfectly. Many of them are hand crafted, all of them designed to last.


Shipping

Goods are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery on International orders. Postage costs are inclusive of handling, packaging and VAT and we always use a certified courier service. Shipping costs will be added to your account at the checkout.


UK Shipping

Delivery costs across the UK are calculated by the weight and size of your items:

Packages between  0-0.75kg    £5

Packages between 0.76-1kg     £6.90

Packages between 1.01-1.5kg  £7.20

Packages between 1.51-10kg   £9

If you live remotely - IM, HS and ZE postcodes – don’t worry - we will get your products to you. It just might cost a little extra.


International Shipping
International delivery costs are calculated on a volumetric basis (size x weight) and may incur a small customs and import fee when the shipment reaches its destination. The cost is variable. This fee is the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact us so we can prepare and weigh your order and quote a price accurately.


Returns Policy

We’re meticulous when it comes to our products, ensuring each item you receive is in immaculate condition. However, if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days and we will happily offer a refund.  Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse postage costs.

Wedding Lists

We provide a fantastic wedding list service, offering great choice and unique gift ideas for bride and groom. If you would like more information about our wedding list packages, email us at info@harropandpenny.co.uk

Wholesale 

We offer tiered discounts to those who work in the service industry, interior designers and architects. We don't wholesale to other retailers. For enquiries contact us at info@harropandpenny.co.uk
